An investigation is underway into a gas station robbery in Halifax over the weekend.
Halifax Regional Police were called to an armed robbery at the Bayers Road Petro Canada shortly before 11 a.m. on Sunday.
Police were told a woman came into the store and stated she had a gun, pointing at her clothing. No weapon was seen. She stole cash and cigarettes.
She took off as a passenger in a maroon Ford Fusion taxi.
The suspect is described as a white woman, in her twenties, who was wearing a blue medical mask and latex gloves. She was wearing a grey knitted cap and black jacket with the hood up.
