Another change at the pumps in Nova Scotia for diesel prices.
The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board announcing it’s bringing in the interrupter clause again at midnight.
“This change is necessary due to significant shifts in the market price of diesel oil,” a news release says.
It was invoked three times last week. The clause is used to change the price by at least six cents per litre.
The utility has not said in which direction the prices will swing, but reports indicate it will be a decrease.
The price of regular will not be impacted.
Currently, drivers are paying between $2.53 to $2.58 cents per liter for diesel depending on where they live.
The highest prices are in Cape Breton.
