An Asian Heritage Month Cooking Demonstration

Join staff to learn how to make two delicious dishes from different parts of Asia: Mirza Ghasemi, a versatile smoked eggplant dish with tomato, garlic, and egg from Iran, Snowflake Crisp, a milk nougat treat that is popular in China.

On Saturday, we’re going to India and learning to dance like we’re in a Bollywood movie.
