**Update issued at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 15th**
Halifax Regional Police have charged a 26-year-old man following indecent acts at Dartmouth drive-thrus last month.
They say a man exposed himself while waiting for an order at McDonald’s on Main Street at around 4 a.m. on May 27th.
Police received a similar report about an hour later at the Tim Horton’s drive-thru on Pleasant Street.
On Tuesday, they released photos of the suspect, and at around 1 p.m. a man turned himself in to police in Dartmouth.
He was charged with two counts of indecent acts and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date.
