Weekly organics collection will begin in all communities across the Halifax Regional Municipality effective Saturday, July 2nd (this will be for holiday collection for Friday, July 1st Canada Day.)
The summer green cart collection service will be in effect for the months of July, August and September.
Collection services can begin as early as 7 a.m.
To ensure collection, residents are asked to place materials curbside the evening prior to collection day.

Bi-weekly green cart collection will resume on Monday, October 3rd.
