Former Eastlink Community TV Sportscaster Kenzie Lalonde has a new job with TSN.
Kenzie has announced that she is the new Montreal bureau reporter.
I am very excited for the opportunity to serve as the Montreal bureau reporter and follow in the footsteps of John Lu – who has been an integral part of the fabric of sport in this city.
To cover one of the most storied franchises in professional sport is an honour and 1/2 https://t.co/6mGCjNW0ao

She says to cover the one of the most storied franchises in professional sport, the Montreal Canadiens, is an honour.
Kenzie also says: “It’s very special for me and my family. My father was raised in St-Bruno-de-Montarville and grew up watching the legends of Guy and Pocket Rocket at the Forum. The sport history is rich here and I’m so excited to return to my roots and cover a new generation of sport in this city!”
Kenzie replaces long-time TSN Montreal reporter John Lu who recently moved home to Winnipeg to cover the Jets with Dan Robertson the new Winnipeg play-by-play anchor.
Both Dan and Kenzie were play-by-play voices at Eastlink covering the QMJHL and announcing Halifax Mooseheads games.
On March 14th, 2021, Kenzie became the first female in QMJHL history to do play-by-play in the league.

Good luck in Montreal Kenzie, we are so proud of you here in Moose Country!
Congrats my friend!
