It was ten years ago tonight May 10th, 2013 the Halifax Mooseheads won their first QMJHL President Cup!
The Mooseheads defeated the Baie-Commeau Drakkar 5-1 to win the series 4-1.
The team was loaded with present day NHL stars like Nathan MacKinnon, Jonathan Drouin and Mack Weegar along with a huge supporting cast like Zach Fucale, Co-Captains Trey Lewis & Stephan Fournier, Marty Frk and Cole Harbour natives Brendan Duke and Stephen MacAulay plus Halifax’s Ryan Falkenham and many more!

It was one of the best nights of my life to have my family with me to lift the QMJHL President Cup Championship trophy with me.
