The Halifax Regional Municipality is inviting residents to the Halifax Holiday Celebration, taking place on Saturday, Nov. 25.
Instead of the typical Grand Parade Party, Halifax Municipality is hosting an entire evening of celebrations across the Downtown area.
Starting with a kickoff concert at peace and friendship park at 4:30 featuring visits from paw patrol, Dorothy and Wags from the wiggles, Nova Scotia’s own Donair Supply band, as well as Rebecca Guilderson and Jupiter Reign.
The parade itself begins at 6 with a new route you can find here and the night closes out with Santa Clause lighting the tree in grand parade and a fireworks display to mark the official start of the Halifax holiday season.
