Have you ever found a parking ticket stuck to your windshield?
I just got my first the other day, absolutely my own fault. I was prepared to argue until I realized I did not pay in the pay zone mid-afternoon.
Ticket prices went up since I last checked however, and it astounds me how many people just don’t pay them! You can pay them online, and it doesn’t gather interest if you get it right away. As it turns out, now they won’t let you do anything at access NS until its paid. A few listeners told us about their out-of-province tickets and one found out the hard way that provincial parking ticket fees can be sent to the Federal Government and garnished from your GST and tax returns!
