Halifax’s Ryan Keeping is running across Canada for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
His family members have heart issues, so they are his inspiration along with his idol Terry Fox.
Ryan started out April 1st in St. John’s, Newfoundland at the Terry Fox statue and as now is in Alberta here in Day 82 as he runs two marathons a day running 75km a day for 99 days covering 7,386 kms!
Like the rest of Canada, he’s cheering on the Edmonton Oilers in the Stanley Cup Final.
See his pictures and videos HERE a shoutout to his camera guy Josh Pinfold who played hockey for TASA with my son Trent.
You can follow Ryan’s journey and find his Go Fund Me page HERE.
Last September I was lucky to meet Ryan when he ran 24 hours non-stop around Halifax’s Point Pleasant Park.
Continued good luck Ryan and keep up the great run, Keeping!
Go Ryan Go and Go Oilers Go!
