A final tribute was held in memory of lost fishers in Nova Scotia.
The Seamen’s Memorial 48th Annual Boat Parade and wreath laying happened in Guysborough County Sunday.
Forty boats circled Canso Harbour then sailed out to Chedabucto Bay where wreaths were blessed and laid at sea.
The event followed the provincial service hosted by the local Lions at the Seamen’s Memorial in Canso August 11th.
