A man from the Halifax Regional Municipality has been charged with drug and weapon offences in Digby County.
The RCMP says officers arrested him for being in breach of his conditions during a traffic stop near Exit 27 on Highway 1 on Sunday.
Police also found a collapsible baton and cocaine in the vehicle.
The 23-year-old Sackville man was remanded into custody and appeared in court on Tuesday.
He was released and returns to Digby Provincial Court on October 7th.
