The 29th Holiday Parade of Lights will happen in Halifax this weekend.
It’ll take place on a different day and time this year: this Sunday, December 8th at 5:00 pm.

The route is a little bit different starting at the Cogswell Street roundabout, by the Oval and Citadel Community Centre.
It’ll then head south on Ahern Avenue, onto Bell Road, then to South Park Street, east onto Spring Garden Road, turning left onto Barrington Street, and conclude at George Street downtown.

And yes, Santa Claus will make a special appearance!

Thousands of families from across the region will fill the streets downtown to enjoy a magical procession of floats from community groups and corporate partners.
Watch for the Hot Country Crew and be sure to give us a big wave!
