The Halifax Regional Municipality says the overnight winter parking ban will be enforced from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. Friday.
This is to allow crews to properly clear streets and sidewalks of snow and ice.
Vehicles must be parked off municipal streets during these hours.
It means your car or truck can be towed if it’s interfering with snow-clearing operations.
The overnight winter parking ban is in effect from now until March 31st.

The parking ban will be enforced from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. in both Zone 1 – Central and Zone 2 – Non-Central to allow crews to properly clear streets and sidewalks. Details: https://t.co/m5fqCJL0V8 pic.twitter.com/qe28UKj3EJ
