The 2025 “4 Nations Face-Off” starts up tonight and goes until the 20th in Montreal and Boston, with teams of NHL players from Canada, Finland, Sweden, and the United States competing in a round-robin tournament.
This will be the first best-on-best tournament since the World Cup of Hockey 2016 in Toronto.
Good luck to what sports reporters are calling the “Nova Scotia Mafia” with Cole Harbour native sons 4 Nations Face-Off and Nathan MacKinnon playing for Canada with Brad Marchand of Hammonds Plains, all wearing the red and white. I think we should call them the Bluenose Boyz instead… spelled with a Z.
