A loaded handgun and drugs were seized after a pair of searches.
On Thursday, a 25-year-old Halifax man and 33-year-old Dartmouth man were arrested after a vehicle was searched in Shubenacadie.
Pre packaged baggies of cocaine and a collapsible baton were found.
At the same time on the 500 block of Bedford Highway, a 24-year-old Timberlea woman was arrested at a home, where a loaded handgun, ammunition, cocaine and more items turned up.
The Halifax man and Timberlea woman were scheduled to appear in court today, the Dartmouth man was released without charges.
The searches were in relation to an ongoing drug trafficking investigation.
