A 52-year-old man died in a two-vehicle crash in Dartmouth.
It happened Saturday night on Highway 107, near exit 13N.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Halifax Regional Police.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 31-year-old man, has been charged with impaired driving and firearms offences, he’s due in court Monday.
A passenger in his vehicle, a 41-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries.
