The Nova Scotia U18 Major Hockey League “Phil Herritt Cup Finals” begin this Friday.
The matchups feature the Halifax Macs (1) vs. Pictou Weeks Majors (3) a rematch from 2025 Macs defending champions from 2024 & 2025 Weeks were the 2023 Champions
The schedule: Game 1 – Friday March 13 – 7pm – Forum Game 2 – Saturday March 14 – 1:30pm – Forum Game 3 – Friday March 20 – 7pm – Pictou County Wellness Centre (PCWC) Game 4 – Sunday March 22 – 3pm – PCWC *Game 5 – Wednesday March 25 – 7pm – Forum *Game 6 – Thursday March 26 – 7pm PCWC *Game 7 – Friday March 28 – 7pm – Forum.
All games will be streamed on High Button Sports Games 4-7 (*if necessary) will be televised on Eastlink Community TV.
The Macs feature Mooseheads Prospects on Defense 2 Gavin Sudds D-man 11 Logan Trewin and Goaltender 33 Chandler Bell.
Some Macs Cape Breton Eagles Prospects: on D 4 Riley Creelman Forward 20 Evan Lyver and on Defense 22 Jax Ginnish.
