Your our Halifax Thunderbirds start the National Lacrosse League Finals Friday night on the road in Hamilton facing the Toronto Rock.
There’ll be a FREE Watch Party at the Nest at the Scotiabank Centre with no ticket needed, doors opening at 8pm.
It’s general admission seating with just the lower bowl seating only.
Concessions and merchandise tables will be open with music from Thunderbirds DJ Chad Bannister, hopefully Banny will be playing “Heave Away” a lot when The Birds score on the big screen!
Game 2 is here Sunday Night here in The Nest at 7pm when the NLL Championship Trophy will be in the building.
The third and deciding game is scheduled back in Hamilton on Saturday, May 23rd.
This is only the second time that there’s been an all-Canadian NLL Final in league history, the last one in 2015 between Toronto and the then Saskatchewan Rush.
