Multiple people were hurt when a carnival ride hit some tree branches in downtown Halifax.
People were riding the Star Trooper when it hit the branches three or four times.
The carnival is in town for six days just off Lower Water Street.
The operator is East Coast Amusements and they say it was due to an error by the operator of the ride.
Most of those hurt had minor injuries.
The Department of Labour is looking into it.
