The provincial party leaders are entering the final push of the provincial election campaign as it enters the last weekend.
Tory Leader Tim Houston begins Day 28 speaking with reporters in Halifax at 10 a.m.
He’ll also attend rallies in the South Shore area and in Southwest Nova Scotia.
NDP Leader Gary Burrill is set to make a healthcare announcement in Halifax with local candidate Lisa Lachance at 9:30 a.m.
Burrill will spend the rest of the day doing some door-to-door knocking in Halifax Citadel-Sable Island, Fairview-Clayton Park, Bedford South, and Hants East.
He’ll travel to Cape Breton in the evening.
Liberal Leader Iain Rankin is spending the day campaigning in the Halifax and Cumberland areas.
He’ll set out for Cumberland North at 10 a.m. to hit the streets with candidates Bill Casey and Rollie Lawless.
Rankin will head back to Halifax this afternoon to pound the pavement with Halifax Armdale candidate Ali Duale and Waverley-Fall River-Beaver Bank candidate Marni Tuttle.
