Halifax Regional Police are investigating after a delivery truck driver was robbed in downtown Halifax on Monday afternoon.
Police were called to Pickard Lane just before 3:30 p.m.
They say a man approached the driver’s side of a delivery truck, and produced what looked like a gun, and demanded the driver’s property.
The suspect ran off with cash and personal property.
The driver wasn’t hurt.
The suspect is described as being in his thirties, standing 5’10”, and wearing a dark or black face mask, a black jacket with possibly a “Sport Check” logo, dark pants, and light grey gloves.
Anyone with information is asked to reach out to police or Crime Stoppers.
