Liberal leader Justin Trudeau is heading to Nova Scotia on Monday as part of his East Coast tour.
He’s schedule to make a health-care announcement at 9:30 a.m. at Dalhousie University in Halifax. He’ll then head to Newfoundland and Labrador.
Crowds in New Brunswick and P.E.I. heard Trudeau speak on the first day of his trip where he stressed the importance of getting fully vaccinated.
He’s also been highlighting his government’s promise to ensure all public workers as well as air and rail travellers are fully vaccinated.
Elsewhere on the federal campaign trail, Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole is in Ottawa, and is scheduled to attend two telephone town halls in Ontario and Manitoba.
NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is in Montreal where he’ll make an announcement on climate change.
