When you roll up to the pumps in Halifax on Friday morning, you’re going to notice gas prices are up ahead of the Labour Day long weekend.
The minimum price of regular self-serve gas climbed 2.9 cents per litre to $1.346 overnight.
Diesel is also up. It now sits at $1.242 cents per litre.
That’s an increase of 3.5 cents.
