Two people are facing a lengthy list of charges after police arrested a pair in Bedford wanted on multiple outstanding warrants.
Halifax Regional Police issued a call to the public on September 1st to help find Jason Roy Morgan and Excie Priscilla Brady, both 46-years-old.
They arrested the pair at around 9 p.m. on Friday night after they tracked them down in a stolen vehicle near Peakview Way in Bedford.
Morgan is facing the following charges in connection with six incidents between May 25th and September 10th:
- Break and enter (x6)
- Possession of break tools (x2)
- Theft under $5,000 (x3)
- Theft over $5,000 (x1)
- Possession of stolen property under $5,000 (x3)
- Possession of stolen property over $5,000 (x2)
- Flight from police (x2)
- Dangerous operation of a motor vehicle (x2)
- Failure to comply with a probation order (x1)
- Failure to comply with an undertaking (x10)
Brady has been charged with the following offences in relation to three incidents between August 1st and September 10th:
- Break and enter (x2)
- Possession of break tools (x2)
- Theft under $5,000 (x1)
- Theft over $5,000 (x1)
- Possession of stolen property under $5,000 (x1)
- Possession of stolen property over $5,000 (x2)
- Failure to comply with conditions (x3)
- Failure to comply with an undertaking (x6)
Police say the investigations are continuing and more charges are expected.
