Health officials are out with a list of potential COVID-19 exposures in the Central, Western, and Northern Zones.
The list also includes a West Jet flight.
Public Health is now sending out COVID precaution notifications and COVID exposure notifications, where your self-isolation and testing requirements will be based on your vaccination status.
- COVID precaution notifications will be issued if there has been a potential exposure of minimal risk to the public
- COVID exposure notifications will be issued when the public has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
COVID PRECAUTION NOTIFICATION:
If you were present at any of the following locations for at least 15 minutes on the named dates and times, you are required to follow the instructions in this table based on your vaccination status.
- The Cut Restaurant (5120 Salter Street, Halifax) on October 6 between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 20.
- Evangeline Inn and Motel (11668 Hwy. 1, Grand-Pré) on October 8 between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 22.
- Sara Bonnyman Pottery (326 Maple Ave., Tatamagouche) on October 9 between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 23.
- Chowder House (265 Main St., Tatamagouche) on October 9 between 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 23.
COVID EXPOSURE NOTIFICATION:
If you were present on the following flight in the specified rows and seats on the named date and times for at least 15 minutes, you are required to follow the instructions in this table based on your vaccination status.
- WestJet 254 travelling on October 9 from Toronto (9:45 p.m.) to Halifax on October 10 (12:59 a.m.) Passengers in rows 19-23, seats A, B, C and D. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, October 24.
