This isn’t the first time I have seen a downtown underground parking spot for sale for a heafty price in Halifax, but it’s the most recent.
I happened to notice the ad on Facebook Marketplace and thought I’d help get the word out as it might be a tough sell to some at $45,000 for a parking spot.
