Nova Scotia is reporting 34 new cases of COVID-19.
There are 14 cases with many related to an outbreak at St. F.X., 13 cases in the Halifax area, six cases in the Amherst region and one case in the western part of the province.
Twenty-one people have tested positive for COVID-19 related to the university in Antigonish.
Public health is working with the university to prevent further spread. Meantime, there are calls to move exams online at St. F.X. because of a COVD-19 outbreak on campus.
The university in Antigonish is dealing with at least 21 positive cases following X-ring weekend and the school is expecting more cases in the coming days.
However, President Andy Hakin has stated there are no plans to reschedule in-person exams.
Nova Scotia has 162 active cases of COVID-19 with 11 people are in hospital, including four in ICU.
