Health officials are out with the latest potential COVID-19 exposure list.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high number of COVID-19 cases Public Health is changing how it communicates COVID-19 public exposures. They will no longer be issuing notifications when there has been a minimal risk to the public (precaution notifications). They will only be issuing notifications when the public has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 (exposures).
If you were present at the following locations on the named dates and times, you are required to immediately self-isolate and follow the instructions in this table for a COVID-19 Exposure Notification based on your vaccination status.
- The Den Night Club (2182 Gottingen Street, Halifax) on:
- December 17 between 10:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. (December 18)
- December 18 between 10:30 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. (December 19)
- It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus at this location on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, January 2.
- Air Canada 620 travelling on December 13 from Toronto (6:00 p.m.) to Halifax (9:02 p.m.). Passengers in rows 29 to 35, seats C, D, E and F. It is anticipated that anyone exposed to the virus on this flight on the named date may develop symptoms up to, and including, December 27.
Nova Scotia Health employees and physicians who have been at an exposure location must complete the COVID-19 status or reason for work absence webform for advice, guidance and direction from Occupational Health Safety and Wellness.
