An investigation is underway into a gas station robbery in Halifax on Monday afternoon.
Halifax Regional Police were called to the Esso Gas Station on Kearney Lake Road just before 1 p.m.
Police say a man entered the store, indicated he had a weapon, and demanded cash. No weapon was seen.
Once the suspect grabbed the money, he took off in a vehicle that was waiting nearby.
The first suspect is described as a white man, approximately 20-30 years old and 5’6″ in height.
The second suspect is described as a white man, approximately 30 years old with a thin build. He was also thought to be wearing a green jacket.
Investigators believe the vehicle had been stolen from a Halifax home last Thursday. It’s described as a white Mitsubishi Mirage.
