The old denture clinic in Dartmouth where the man behind one of Canada’s worst mass shootings once practiced is being torn down.
Excavators were on site on Monday morning dismantling the building on Portland Street.
The former office has been vacant since April 2020 after 22 people were killed in a 13-hour rampage orchestrated by the man who owned the clinic.

The 51-year-old denturist owned the property and was shot and killed by police in Enfield.
The building once had a large smiling mouth but that was taken down shortly after the shootings.
A public inquiry into the shootings and how it was handled is set to take place later this month.
