Nova Scotia RCMP have released the number of people charged with impaired driving for March.
Police say they charged 109 people total for the month including:
48 charged with Impaired Operation of a Conveyance by Alcohol,
7 charged with Impaired Operation of a Conveyance by Drug,
5 charged with Refusal of a Demand Made by a Peace Officer,
49 issued driving suspensions for Operating a Conveyance While Having Consumed Alcohol.
The RCMP is also reminding the public to call 911 anytime they witness a potentially impaired driver.
