Expect a shift in gas prices when you roll up to the fuel pumps on Thursday.
The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board has announced the interrupter clause will be invoked at midnight for gas and diesel.
“This change is necessary due to significant shifts in the market prices of gasoline and diesel oil,” a news release says.
The clause is used to adjust prices by at least six cents per litre.
Reports suggest it’s going down.
Currently gas and diesel are both selling for over $2.00 per litre.
