A fatal fire in Dartmouth has claimed the life of one person.
Crews were called to a home in the 300 block of Waverley Road just before 9 on Monday night.
Halifax Fire confirms to our newsroom a man in his mid-fifties passed away.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
