Family, friends and fans will bid farewell to Bruce Guthro in Cape Breton today.
The legendary musician passed away September 5th at the age of 62 after battling cancer.
The private funeral service but will be livesteamed on YouTube at 2pm
A Celebration of Life will be held at Centre 200 in Sydney at 7pm.
Reported to be among the many performers – Alan Doyle, Lennie Gallant, Ashley MacIsaac and Matt Minglewood.
Tickets are now required to enter the event but are free from the box office.
The celebration of life will also be livestreamed.
