How’s your back? Need a massage? Or some acupuncture?
Ian & I had a great day yesterday at Atlantic Chiropractic, located at 36 Brookshire Court in Bedford. Ian had a massage and I had a massage, a chiropractic assessment and I’m scheduled to go back for an acupuncture treatment.
Charline Pellerin is the Registered Massage Therapist who’s got hands of STEEL! Our backs feels incredible thanks to her!
Doctor Nicole Cruickshanks is the owner of the clinic and the Chiropractor as well. She performed an assessment on me where we discovered my left leg was about an inch shorter than my right leg because of how my lower spine was situated. After Nicole performed some movements on me, when I stood up I felt SO MUCH TALLER! Seriously! It felt so great. There was never any pain at any time. She also aligned my neck and stimulated my upper trap muscles with neuro functional electro acupuncture. Sounds like a a mouthful but it felt SO GOOD!
Colette Russell is the acupuncturist at Atlantic Chiropractic who I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting yesterday but I am scheduled to have a treatment with next week and I am so excited!
