NSLC partners with MADD in a new responsibility campaign to promote using alternative means of travel to combat impaired driving.
On Friday, December 1st and Saturday, December 2nd, Metro Transit services including both buses and the ferry will be free of charge starting at 6pm until the end of service on those evenings. This free-ride weekend with Halifax Transit is just one element of the NSLC’s Safe Ride Program, which is offered throughout the year in support of events in communities across the province.
