Halifax Transit is implementing a further reduction in weekday transit services.
With the new reduced service changes, all transit scheduling apps, the departure line, departure boards, and stop announcements will be functional and accurate.
Conventional Buses
The following routes will run on regular weekday schedules:
63, 64, 84, 85, 136, 185, 401, 415, and 433.
The following routes will operate on their Saturday schedules on weekdays:
1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 21, 22, 25, 28, 29, 30, 39, 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 65, 66, 68, 72, 82, 83, 86, 87, 88, 90, 91, and 320.
The following routes will have no service:
5, 11, 32, 41, 78, 79, 93, 123, 135, 137, 138, 159, 182, 183, 186, 194, and 196.
Route 330 will be reduced to three trips inbound and three trips outbound on weekdays at the following times:
330-Tantallon-Inbound:
6:00 A.M.
6:50 A.M.
7:50 A.M.
330-Halifax-Outbound
4:15 P.M.
4:40 P.M.
5:50 P.M.
Route 370 will be reduced to three trips inbound and three trips outbound on weekdays at the following times:
370-Porters Lake-Inbound
5:41 A.M.
6:29 A.M.
7:57 A.M.
370-Halifax-Outbound
3:45 P.M.
5:15 P.M.
6:20 P.M.
There are no changes to weekend service. Service will continue to operate on regular Saturday and Sunday schedules.
New Route 8 Bus Stop
A new inbound bus stop will go into service on Route 8 at Civic 656 Bedford Hwy.
