This reminds me of a past fling who SWORE by Bulletproof coffee, except he wasn’t convinced that the Bulletproof brand coffee itself was necessary and that he could achieve the same results with Maxwell House and margarine. This trend was based on the Keto(genic) diet which is meant to be a low-carb, high fat diet that promotes weight loss and biological benefits also known as the “hunter-gatherer diet”. You don’t need me to tell you about the long-standing history of failed fad diets, however.
