Amazon is giving Alexa a major update that will basically make it sound like a real person. The goal is to make Alexa more conversational and intuitive, moving beyond simple voice commands and smart home controls. With AI being incorporated, Alexa will understand complex requests, follow multi-step conversations, and offer proactive suggestions and recommendations.
