Jordan Davis brought his Damn Good Time World Tour 2024 to Halifax back on Saturday as Hot Country 1035 was broadcasting live from the concert site.
We got to chat with our listeners and meet so many including 12-year-old Lillian Christian who was attending her first-ever concert, a day before she turned 13!

It was a night to remember as it turned into a Halifax singalong with Jordan along with his opening acts Mitchell Tenpenny and Ashley Cooke.
Ashley was on stage first and delivered a solid set wrapping it up with her number one song “Your Place” that she told us in our pre-concert interview that the tune was about a relationship gone wrong, but she was thankful that it gave her a number one song.

Mitchell Tenpenny rocked his set featuring his signature songs. He mentioned on-air how great it was to be in the Maritimes where his father-in-law is from, Mitchell’s wife, Megan Patrick’s dad is from Moncton, New Brunswick.
Mitchell told us as well about how much he loves Canada and has fallen in love with the Maritimes.

The 35-year-old was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, later in the concert won over Halifax by wearing a Mooseheads jersey!

Jordan Davis of Shreveport, Louisiana, belted out his number one songs like “Next Thing You Know”, “Tucson Too Late” “What My World Spins Around” plus hot hits like “Singles You Up” “Take It From Me” and many more from his growing catalog.
A highlight of his set was when Jordan and his band recreated songs on his 2007 “burned CD” that he used to play in his truck.
Florida native Ashley Cooke and Mitchell Tenpenny joined him back on stage and did some covers like Miranda Lambert’s “Gunpowder and Lead” that Ashley cooked on and Mitchell Tenpenny took the lead on a cover of Blink 182’s rink rock song “All The Small Things” that you hear at the Mooseheads games wearing that Mooseheads jersey.
Jordan wrapped up the night with his huge hit “Buy Dirt” that he took to the top of the charts with Luke Bryan.
Jordan said our Halifax crowd gave him a night he won’t forget.

And any of the thousands of fans who were there for the pretty much full house will not forget the Halifax singalong that certainly was a “Damn Good Time!”
