Veterans Affairs Canada says monthly cheques will be sent out early to avoid any disruptions due to the Canada Post work stoppage
The department says cheques could be received as early as Nov 14th.
If recipients have direct deposit, they will continue to receive payments as usual.
According to Veterans Affairs, you can request a change to direct deposit anytime.
For December’s cheques, the latest date to sign up for direct deposit is December 10th.
