Alecia has spent the past 9 months living in Nashville and recently returned home to Alberta for the summer months. Her time in Nashville has been spent focusing on building her career and learning from the best. She has had many co-writes and many opportunities performing and networking. When the pandemic hit, Alecia decided to stay in Nashville and wait it out. The pandemic was tough on a lot of people, but it did provide time to slow down, reflect, enjoy the simple things in life, and plenty of time to songwrite. “It’s easy to feel stuck in a rut, especially when most of us have been stuck at home for the past few months during this pandemic.
