A family is looking to get 110 birthday cards for Arnold Hawkins!
The little fishing town of Beaver Harbour New Brunswick, that’s between Saint John and St. Stephen, is getting ready for a major milestone that’s been 110 years in the making!
As the oldest Canadian-born man, Arnold Hawkin’s birthday tends to draw huge crowds.
This year, as he celebrates his 110th birthday on January 30th, things will look a little bit different due to COVID-19.
Not wanting Arnold to feel alone on his big day, his family put out a call on Facebook asking for birthday cards. Their initial goal was to get 110 birthday cards for him.
Since the post was put on Facebook earlier this week, it has already been shared over 400 times!
So anyone who wants to join in on Arnold’s birthday celebrations and send a card along to him can mail it to:
