Halifax Mooseheads legend Alex Tanguay was in in town this week helping out the Moose players and coaches.
Mooseheads owners Sam and Peter Simon of Simon Sports brought him in for some consulting.

He played on “The Kid Line” with Jason Troini and Eric Laplante in the early days of the Mooseheads in the mid to late 1990’s.
Alex played in a Moose jersey between 1996 and 1999 where he went on to a very successful NHL career where he became the first Moosehead to win the Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 2001.
Tangs also played with the Calgary Flames, Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning and Arizona between 1999 to 2016.
