22 year-old Nate Darling from Bedford became the first Nova Scotian player to play in an NBA regular season game on Saturday.
Nate and his Charlotte Hornets defeated the Toronto Raptors 114-104.
It must have felt surreal for him to play the team he grew up watching.
He still credits Nova Scotia for helping get him to “The Show” and getting to Team Canada’s squad.
He played 3:34 and had a strong game.
