Picketers may soon be out at the Atlantic School of Theology in Halifax.
The Atlantic School of Theology Faculty Association voted to strike after negotiations reached an impasse in early June.
Their last collective agreement expired at the end of March.
Sticking points have been compensation and core institutional priorities, according to the ASTFA.
The union says if a bargain is not reached at a final meeting with a conciliator on Monday, faculty members and professional library workers at the post-secondary institution could take job action as early as Tuesday.
