For the first time in the franchises 32 seasons, the Halifax Mooseheads will get to host the 2026 QMJHL Entry Draft!
The Herd will host June 5th and 6th at the Scotiabank Centre in the heart of Moose Country.
Fans can see the event for free.
The first round will take place on Friday evening while rounds 2 to 12 will be held on Saturday.
The Mooseheads currently own two picks in the first round in 2026 – Halifax’s own in addition to the first pick of the Rimouski Oceanic.
So how cool will that be for the future Mooseheads to be drafted in the building where they’ll play!
The QMJHL season kicks off this week with the Moose on the road Friday night over in Charlottetown before hosting the Islanders back here in the Home Opener at Scotiabank Centre on Saturday night at 7pm in Moose Country.
