A woman has been arrested for impaired driving on the Eastern Shore.
RCMP say on Monday evening, officers responded to a report of a driver showing signs of impairment as she left a gas station on Highway 7 in Sheet Harbour.
Officers stopped her nearby in a grocery store parking lot.
Police conducted sobriety tests and determined the 36-year-old Antigonish woman was drug impaired.
She’s scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court at a later date.
