Sailor 1st Class Michael Burke from the Fleet Diving Unit Atlantic joined me today to chat about their 50 K run event this Saturday, October 25th in support of Christmas Daddies.
The 43rd Annual Christmas Daddies Navy Divers 50 k Run is open to the public and members of National Defence that begins at 8 am with registration at the Shearwater Fitness and Sports Centre.
The fee is $100. that includes a charitable tax receipt.
The run is along the Shearwater Flyer Trail and Salt Marsh Trail.
